You can cancel or reschedule your painting job free of charge up to 24 hours before we are scheduled to start. If you cancel after we have already purchased customized paint colors specifically for your home, the material cost will not be refunded.
Because painting is a labor-heavy service involving custom materials, we do not offer full refunds once the painting is complete. We do a final walk-through with you on the last day to make sure you are happy.
If you notice a missed spot, an uneven edge, or any issue within 48 hours of us finishing the job, just message us on WhatsApp with a photo. We will gladly send a painter back to fix it for free.
